3 Stocks, Top 8 is Bo5, DSR, and all characters and stages allowed.

DSR: A player cannot counterpick a stage they had previously won on. 

Checkins start 30 minutes before the tournament begins.

If you do not check in you are unable to play! If you check in and your opponent can't find you when the tourney starts, they can complain to a TO and you will be DQ'd
